Didyme
Didỳmē (Salina in ancient Greek, that is double) is a large four-room apartment with terrace and enjoys a triple exposure (north / east / west). The apartment is located on the first floor of the same building as Ericùssa. Didỳmē consists of four bedrooms, two full bathrooms with walk-in showers and a beautiful covered terrace for 2/3 of the surface. The master bedroom is very large and is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, chest of drawers with mirror and an armchair bed.
The bedroom has two staggered single bunk beds (plus a pull-out bed if necessary) and is complete with comfortable wardrobes and a chest of drawers with mirror. The third bedroom, which has a double study-bed function, is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a wall equipped with containers and a desk. The fourth bedroom is a large living room-kitchen consisting of a comfortable raised kitchen area, furnished with all appliances (including dishwasher) and a living room area furnished with a comfortable French double sofa bed, a wall equipped with satellite TV system, an extendable console table (up to 8 seats) and a pellet stove. In front of the bedrooms, there are comfortable built-in wardrobes and a service area with washing machine.
The first two bedrooms face eastward onto a balcony overlooking the rear garden of the house. The study-bed room opens onto a balcony with a splendid view of Salina. The living room-kitchen, with a splendid view both to the west, on Salina, and to the north, on Panarea and Stromboli, opens, through a large French window onto a beautiful Aeolian-style terrace and furnished with a large dining area, deckchair, sink in style with water point and possibility to use an electric barbecue. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning / heat pumps, ceiling fans and mosquito nets. The apartment is equipped with free Wifi.
The house leads directly to the beach via a short staircase (30 meters). The guests of the house can use a parking space inside the car park of the property.

Hierà
Hierá (Vulcano in ancient Greek, or "sacred") is a comfortable apartment consisting of three rooms and two bathrooms, with a large porch, located on the ground floor of an Aeolian-style house. The apartment has a double exposure east / west. To the west it overlooks a Mediterranean garden and enjoys a splendid view of Salina, to the east it overlooks the rear garden of the house. The house consists of two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, two bathrooms and a large equipped loggia.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers and has an attached bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single bunk beds and with the possibility of a third pull-out bed and a wardrobe with drawers. The living room-kitchen is divided into two distinct areas. On one side there is a sofa bed with two single beds and a satellite TV corner, on the other a large kitchen equipped with all appliances (including a dishwasher) and a dining area. The house is completed by a second bathroom with shower and built-in wardrobes.
The two bedrooms both face east to the rear garden of the house. The living room-kitchen faces west, on a large Aeolian-style loggia, perfectly furnished with dining area and deck chairs. In the loggia there is also a service area with sink and washing machine. Each room is equipped with air conditioning / heat pumps and satellite TV system. In the loggia, a free Wi-Fi service is available. From the house there is direct access to the beach below, through a side street (30 meters). Guests of the house can use a parking space in the parking lot inside the property.

Lipara
Lipàra (Lipari in ancient Greek, that is greasy / fruitful) is one of the two independent houses, spread over one floor and consists of a double bedroom, a large living room-kitchen and a complete bathroom with walk-in shower. It is surrounded by a typical covered Aeolian loggia, overlooking the island of Salina in the west, the islands of Panarea and Stromboli in the north and a green Mediterranean garden in the east.
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed, two bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe and a double chest of drawers with mirror. The living room has a fitted kitchen wall with all appliances (including a dishwasher), a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table and a wall equipped with satellite TV system. All rooms overlook a large terrace with loggias and are equipped with both air conditioning / heat pumps and ceiling fans and mosquito nets. In the outdoor areas there is a free Wifi service. In the terrace, furnished with dining area and deck chairs, there is also an external brick service area equipped with sink, washing machine and small mini-bar.
From Lipàra there is direct access to a large uncovered terrace with a splendid view of Salina, Panarea and Stromboli. On this terrace there are a barbecue area, an outdoor shower, a large solarium and a beautiful gazebo furnished with a dining area and comfortable sofas. From the terrace you go down, through a short staircase, towards the beach below (20 meters).

Strongyle
Strongyle (Stromboli in ancient Greek, or "round") is the other independent house which is located at a lower level than the other houses, along the staircase leading to the beach below. It is located right in front of the beach and is surrounded by a large Aeolian-style terrace, covered for 2/3, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of Salina, Panarea and Stromboli.
The house is spread over one floor and consists of two rooms and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. In the dressing room there is an open wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The master bedroom is furnished with a French bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a rattan armchair. The bedroom connects to a large living room / kitchen through a sliding door. The kitchen wall is equipped with all appliances (including a dishwasher). In the living area there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a sofa bed, a dining area and a corner with satellite TV.
In the living room there is another room for hanging clothes. Both bedrooms overlook the 2/3 Aeolian-style covered terrace, furnished with dining area, deck chairs, service area with sink and washing machine, barbecue and outdoor shower with hot water. The terrace enjoys a splendid view over Salina to the west and Panarea and Stromboli to the north. The house is equipped with both air conditioning / heat pump, ceiling fans and satellite TV system.

Ericussa
Ericùssa (Alicudi in ancient Greek, with reference to the heather plant) is a small apartment consisting of two adjoining but independent rooms and two terraces overlooking Salina, Panarea and Stromboli. Ericùssa is located on the ground floor of the same building as Didỳmē. The main entrance, which overlooks a typical Aeolian alley, leads to a large double bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined into a large double bed).
The bedroom is nicely furnished and complete with wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror. To service the room there is a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The bedroom overlooks a covered terrace in Aeolian style and furnished with deck chairs, with a view towards Salina. In a corner of the terrace there is a small service area with sink.
This terrace leads to another terrace, also covered and furnished with a dining area and a service area complete with washing machine and sink. All rooms are equipped with both air conditioning / heat pumps and fans and mosquito nets. In the outdoor areas (loggia, terrace) a free Wi-Fi service is available. The terraces lead directly to the beach via a short staircase (20 meters).

Basilùs
Basilùs (Basiluzzo in ancient Greek, or the "royal") is a small but comfortable studio apartment complete with kitchen wall and bathroom with shower which can be taken into consideration alone or combined with another housing solution. land of the same building of Didỳmē with entrance in front of Hierá.
Basilùs is composed of a large room perfectly furnished with a comfortable sofa with two single beds (which can be put together to make a double bed), a wall / kitchen equipped and equipped with all the appliances (except the dishwasher), a folding dining table, a small wardrobe and a small chest of drawers. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower at the service of the bedroom. There is a small green space in the apartment. garden access to the property which can be equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and a TV system. From Phoinic ùssa leads directly to the beach through a characteristic road (30 meters).
